Why be registered? Registration has its privileges.

The following are university resources available to you as a Registered Student Organization (RSO) with the Office of Student Involvement:

• The privilege to use the university's name as part of the organization's name*
• Opportunity to apply for student organization funding through SGA
• Access to campus for recruiting, fundraising, and publicity
• Free organizational e-mail address and web site
• Access to resources provided by university departments and offices
• Use of university facilities (either free or at reduced rates) depending on availability, program, and guidelines
• Free or low-cost banking, via the guidance of OSI
• Organization mailbox in the Office of Student Involvement
• Access to free publicity on the OSI website
• Opportunity to apply for cubicle space on campus
• The privilege to grant awards and honors to organization members
• Opportunity for joint programming with the Campus Activities Board, Volunteer UCF, Knights of the RoundTable, Late Knights, and the Multicultural Student Center
• Opportunity to participate, as a group, in Homecoming and other University-sponsored events
• Ability to invite guest speakers to campus
• Privilege to establish dues and sponsor money-raising projects that follow guidelines

*As per the Golden Rule, Student Organizations are prohibited from the unauthorized use of the University's name, abbreviation, trademarks or wordmarks, including the Pegasus, monograms, seal, or other graphic identity symbols. The phrases "UCF" or "University of Central Florida" (or some form thereof) cannot precede the title of the organization. This includes these phrases coming before the organization name in web and email addresses. For guidance on these issues, please contact OSI.
