The purpose of the Knights of the RoundTable (KoRT) is to provide RSOs with peer advising for all aspects of an organization’s operation, including fundraising, officers, membership, and event planning. KoRT serves
as a resource for student organizations, as a supplement to OSI staff.
KoRT’s leadership workshops cover a variety of organizational topics and provide RSOs the opportunity to announce upcoming events and to network with other RSOs. KoRT hosts a large organization showcase, Opening Knight, at the beginning of the fall semester, and a smaller organization showcase, Club Showcase, at the beginning of the spring semester. Both opportunities provide RSOs with the opportunity to recruit new members and promote their organizations. In addition, KoRT sponsors the day-long NorthStar Summit Leadership Conference for officers and aspiring officers, along with annual student organization awards.
